If you’re interested in joining NEBC, you may present yourself for membership:

1. By public profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal savior and baptism by immersion.

2. By promise of a letter of recommendation from a cooperating church of the Southern Baptist Convention.

3. By coming from a Baptist church not cooperating with the Southern Baptist Convention. This person shall be affirmed by statement, provided they have been baptized by immersion.

4. By statement that he or she has trusted Christ as personal savior and was baptized by immersion into a Baptist church and the record of membership is not available.
